Hello, I’m Aldana, a certified sleep consultant with a deep passion for helping families create healthy and simple sleep habits for their little ones. My journey into sleep consulting began during my college years when I balanced my studies with competitive sports training. To support myself, I also worked as a night nanny, experiencing firsthand the exhaustion of caring for restless children while feeling the pressure to perform well after sleepless nights. It became clear to me how essential sleep is—not just for kids, but for parents who need to be at their best each day.
This realization ignited my passion for sleep consulting. I recognized that by helping families sleep better, I was also benefiting myself. Their success became my success, motivating me to learn how to create effective sleep strategies that would truly make a difference in their lives.
To deepen my knowledge, I became certified by the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting, gaining evidence-based tools to create personalized sleep routines tailored to each child’s individual needs. My Montessori training further allows me to offer a holistic approach when supporting families.
With over five years of experience, I’ve primarily worked with first-time parents facing a range of sleep challenges—from newborn sleep patterns to sleep regressions and transitions. Instead of focusing on just one issue, I take a comprehensive approach that considers nighttime sleep, age-appropriate schedules, and activities to support your child’s overall development.
