What age can we start working on sleep?

I begin working with babies as young as 12 weeks old. That’s when we can start gently building healthy sleep habits and encouraging longer stretches of rest.

Will my baby sleep through the night?

Maybe—but I never promise it. We follow a baby-led approach, which means we meet your child where they are developmentally. If your pediatrician has cleared night weaning, we can work toward that. If not, we’ll focus on improving sleep while still supporting necessary night feeds.

When is it too late to start sleep training?

It’s never too late to work on better sleep. I support families with babies and toddlers up to 2 years old. As long as you’re ready, we can begin.

I’m breastfeeding. Do I have to switch to formula to sleep train?

Not at all. You can absolutely continue breastfeeding while working on your baby’s sleep. Your feeding preferences and your baby’s nutritional needs are always part of the plan.

Do you offer gentle or “no-cry” methods?

There’s no such thing as zero crying when you make changes to a baby’s routine—but that doesn’t mean you have to let your baby cry it out alone. I use baby-led, responsive approaches where you choose how involved you want to be. If you prefer to stay with your baby throughout the entire process, you absolutely can.

Can I sleep train while room sharing with my baby?

Yes. If you're currently room sharing and want to continue, that’s completely fine. We’ll build a plan that supports healthy sleep while keeping your preferred sleeping arrangement.

We don’t follow a strict schedule.
Will this still work for us?

Yes. We’ll create a routine that fits your lifestyle. For younger babies, we focus on wake windows rather than rigid schedules. For older babies and toddlers, we’ll find the right balance between structure and flexibility based on their needs.

Where are you located? Can you work with me if I’m in a different time zone?

I work virtually with families across the U.S. and around the world. Sessions are held via Zoom, and time zones are never a problem—we’ll find times that work for both of us.

What’s your availability and response time?

Support hours depend on the package you choose. I offer weekday-only options, as well as packages with weekend availability. Regardless of your plan, you can expect timely, personal responses—usually within a few hours.

What happens during the free sleep assessment?

The sleep assessment is a free 15-minute consultation where we talk about your child’s sleep, your goals, and what kind of support might be right for you. It’s also a chance to make sure I’m the right fit for your family before moving forward.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for sleep consulting?

In many cases, yes. Sleep consulting is often eligible for reimbursement through a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). I’m happy to provide a detailed invoice upon request.

What is a sleep evaluation

After booking, you’ll fill out a short intake form covering your baby’s sleep habits, routines, and temperament. It takes about 10 minutes and helps me create a personalized sleep plan that’s right for your family.

What kind of training and experience do you have?

I’m certified through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting and have supported dozens of families through real-world sleep challenges—from newborn nights to toddler transitions. I combine evidence-based techniques with a respectful, baby-led approach tailored to each family.
